This luxury home and vacation far exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and landscaping feel like a five star resort. We traveled with two other families and we had plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The outdoor living space easily accommodated everyone for outdoor dinners and watching football. The pool with the swim up bar was fun for the adults and kids. The yoga ranchero was nice for meditating and would be great for private or group yoga. The town is a short walk away with restaurants and shops along the way. The food at every restaurant we tried was delicious. The beach is a short walk as well. The water is warm and the waves are incredible. The early morning walks and late afternoon happy hoursat the beach are a must. We will be renting this property again for our family vacation and hoping to plan a girls trip as well!!

Fabulous Property, Wonderful Community and Amazing Beaches

To begin with- the house is beautiful, quiet (except for occasional monkeys) and feels very private. It was recently remodeled, and was clean and well appointed. We were traveling with a group of 16 people but the arrangement of the main house and the 4 casitas around the pool made it feel as if the group was smaller. The huge upstairs yoga deck would have been great for a larger group and the meditation garden was a nice touch as well. The outdoor bar and kitchen by the pool was as well stocked as the indoor one so most of our cooking was done outside. Beware of the sneaky (but somwhat tame) Coati which lives in the area (think a Raccoon with a long tail). She knows how to open the outdoor fridge in the middle of the night. The owners were great and assisted us in arranging transport to and from Liberia airport with a grocery stop on the way. Nosara is fantastic and with a golf cart or ATV (or walking) it was easy to get around. Super friendly town, The house is located about 100 yards from beach access so it was an easy trip with surfboards, coolers etc.. The beach is beautiful and undeveloped. We were there over Semana Santa week and it never really got crowded. The main strip in town was an easy walk in the other direction with access to restaurants, bars, a bank and the local fish shop. Super cool location and the house was great. We would definitely stay there again.
